A seagull covered in curry powder was mistaken for an exotic bird. On Monday, a group of people in the UK saw a distressed orange bird on the side of the road and took it to the nearest wildlife hospital. At the hospital, veterinarians realized that the "exotic bird" was actually a seagull covered in spices, which was preventing it from being able to fly. Hot dog buns are in some hot water

Over 50 kinds of hot dog buns (who knew there was more than one kind???) are being recalled in more than 15 states. Flowers Foods, the producer of these products, announced that there's possible plastic contamination in the hot dog buns they distributed to Aldi, Walmart, and other grocery stores. Shhhhh, no one tell Joey Chestnut about this!

I Love You Restaurant

This past weekend, Jaden Smith opened a free vegan food truck ahead of his 21st birthday. Instead of asking for presents, Smith gave back to his community, and now I feel like even more of a brat. I Love You Restaurant, which feeds the homeless healthy vegan food for free, parked on Skid Row for their first one day food truck pop-up. Jaden Smith just made me like vegans a little more;)

After a customer said the presence of the police made them uncomfortable, the barista asked the police officers to leave the store. Here's Starbucks's apology. *sips tea*
