It's a bird! It's a plane! It's your food!

Uber Eats tests food delivery via drone. Their plan is to launch drone delivery this summer in San Diego, which would allow restaurants to load your food into a drone that would carry it to a designated area. Kicker is, the drone wouldn't actually show up at your door. At the designated area, an Uber Eats courier would pick it up and then deliver it to you via their car, bike, or on their feet. Even though this is supposed to make delivery quicker, I'll still be checking my app every second until my burger arrives.

Salad frosting is a real thing...

and you almost had us fooled. Kraft introduces "Salad Frosting," which is literally just ranch repackaged in hopes of tricking kids into eating their vegetables. But how do I trick myself into eating veggies??

Love food as much as you love your dad?

Father's Day is today, and here's how you can score free food (aka the perfect gift if you forgot to buy something...). Check out this list, which includes everything from free beer to free froyo for your pops. They say the best way to a man's heart is thru his stomach, or something like that right??

Breaking cookies

Taylor Swift and Katy Perry bake cookies together and call for a truce. Katy Perry posts a picture of cookies with "PEACE AT LAST" written in frosting on Instagram; the caption reads, "feels good <3 @taylorswift," with the location as, "Let's Be Friends." Looks like we need the Swifties to investigate more and let us know if they're cookin' up a collab for Taylor's new album...

Fast Food Frenzy

Just brew it.

Starbucks tests out reusable cups at a London airport. Here's how it works: When customers order a drink at the airport, they will have to pay a small fee for a disposable cup if they opt out of using a reusable cup. If they decide to drink from a reusable cup, they have to return it to a "Cup Check-In" point before they board their flight. This program could help cut back on the more than 7 million paper cups that the airport disposes of each year. Brb, currently ripping shots of espresso.

Krispy Kream in my dreams

Krispy Kream plans to open a giant store in NYC and we're hyped. The company announced that they will be opening up a 4,500 square foot store in Times Square as soon as 2020. Not only will there be hot and fresh doughnuts, but rumor has it, there will be a donut theatre, a glaze waterfall, and the world's largest hot-light! Welcome to heaven on earth!

Steal a Game, Steal a Taco

Mark your calendars- on Tuesday, June 18th*, Taco Bell is giving away FREE Doritos Locos Tacos. Even though the Raptors won the NBA Championship, the Warriors won us tacos because they stole Game 2 from the Raptors when they were on the road. We don't really understand this whole promo, but who cares cuz TACOS!

* It's also The Donut Queen's birthday on June 18th and her Venmo is @Rachael-Cholak
