R.I.P. Species :(
This week, a report from the United Nations came out warning us that 1 million species face extinction. Yes, 1,000,000. At this rate, we're headed towards a food crisis if we don't change the way we treat the planet ASAP. And if not having the ability to give yourself a food baby doesn't scare you, then I don't know what will.
Don't EAT MOR CHIKIN
Tyson Foods recalls millions of pounds of frozen chicken strips because the food may contain metal fragments. This isn't the first time we've heard about Tyson being recalled; in January, Tyson's chicken nuggets were recalled for containing rubber. Check out the full list of recalled products here. Just gonna put this out there that donuts have never been recalled.
Eating your vegetables just got a whole lot easier...
Denver just decriminalized psychedelic mushrooms. The possession and use of shrooms is still illegal atm, but it is now police's "lowest law-enforcement priority." Basically, cops will look the other way if you're caught. Does shrooms also give you the munchies? Asking for a friend.
But maybe we should eat more of these instead...
Soybeans are in trouble due to President Trump threatening tariffs on China. Apparently soybeans are one of the most valuable US agricultural exports and China spends some big $$$ on them each year. Unfortunately, some soybean farmers are preparing to file for bankruptcy if their crops don't sell. Not cool beans.
What about getting a serving of fruits?
As many millennials may have noticed, the price of avocados skyrocketed. Again, we can blame this on President Trump for threatening to close the US-Mexico boarder. Avocadon't do this to us.

From chandelier to burger, Katy fully commits to her yummy look with a lettuce underdress and bedazzled burger shoes. But Katy wasn't the only one lookin' like a snack. The chef behind Katy's look, Jeremy Scott of Moschino, also wore a burger jacket to the after-party. If you're craving these looks, check out The Munchie sneaker at Katy Perry Collections.

A Starbucks Coffee cup appears in a Game of Thrones scene. After the talk about Daenerys drinking Starbucks went viral, HBO went back and edited the cup out so you won't be able to see it in season eight's fourth episode anymore. Lucky for Starbucks, this accident gave them screen time that's estimated to be worth 2.3 billion dollars for free. Obsessed with GOT and Starbucks? Then pick up a Dragon Drink for Sundays' episode.

Happy Meal, meat your evil twin...
The Unhappy Meal. Burger King rolls out new "Real Meals." This meal comes in five different moods and happy is not one of them. The Real Meal moods include angry, sad, salty, YASSS, and DGAF. Soo, is there a meal for hangry?? Burger King released a statement saying, "With the pervasive nature of social media, there is so much pressure to appear happy and perfect. With Real Meals, the Burger King brand celebrates being yourself and feeling however you want to feel." Looks like social media is coming for my physical health now too smh.

Spicy chicken nuggets are coming back to Wendy's after a social media outcry. Chance the Rapper tweeted out his love for the nuggets and instead of clapping back, Wendy's proposed that if their tweet got 2 million likes, they would bring the menu item back. Surprised they didn't say 3 million, but we're not complaining. Wendy's doesn't have a release date yet; however, Chance's new album is coming out in July. Blessing Chano.
